Salam and haiiiiiiii
Its has been such a loooooong time since my previous post. DoD, MoM, YoY and now? It's December already!! and counting days to 2015. Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a ...? Banana!! Yeah so many things happened, but remember experience is the best teacher. With all dat thingy, His plans are best in every respect and lesson learned!
Actually, today i just wanna share about workplace communication skills for internship student. Hv you noticed something lately? It's about some videos dat show how berlagaknya gen-y ni? Dun worry, gen-y born between 1980 to 1994 and i part of them too! hahaha Alah video pasal mentor legend, mas idayu tu lah and video pasal stereng lock? ;) Garangkan or can i say, NO RESPECT TOWARD ELDERS. Bukan la semua kannnn. Eh melalut.
Ok back to our topic, akak wanna give one important advice to adik-adik akak. On your first day, plis don't randomly call the staff "akak", "abang", "uncle","aunty","pakcik" or "makcik". Please. Obviously, they're not your "akak", "abang", "uncle","aunty","pakcik" or "makcik". Please use the word "encik", "tuan", "puan" or "cik". Let say after you call her "Puan" and her respond like "Eh, xpelah panggil hakakkk je" then barulah panggil hakaaakkkk. Understood? Yup, not everybody think status is important, but when u r in my shoes one fine day, u'll understand it clearly. FYI, till now i still use "Encik" Azizi for my intern supervisor eventho now, i'm his rakan sejawat. But he is my Abang Long yang akan jadi mangsa when i hv prob with my workssssssssss!!! Eh salahlah. He is my second supervisor. The first one is... ok xyah ceritalah! Hahaha.
Okay. Bye-bye!
